How it works
1. Submit your request
Fill out our secure online form. You can also email us directly at privacy@rxerp.com.
2. We verify your identity
To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We’ll contact you using the email address you provided.
3. We respond
We acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and respond within 45 days, as required by CCPA/CPRA. In some cases we may extend this timeline by an additional 45 days, and we’ll notify you if we do.
