Our mission began with a simple but ambitious goal: to unify the fragmented systems used by manufacturers, wholesalers, and 3PL providers to create a data intelligence layer that delivers true visibility, traceability, and predictive, automated control across the entire supply chain.

Founder of RxERP. Madsen built a cloud-based serialization native ERP platform for the pharmaceutical supply chain, focusing on serialization, traceability, and compliance. He brings firsthand operational insight from owning and operating businesses across the pharmaceutical supply chain (manufacturing, wholesale, distribution).

Tony Madsen

COO

Tony Madsen is a senior operator in healthcare and pharmaceutical supply chain infrastructure, with experience scaling regulated platforms and preparing companies for the public markets. He builds and executes high-growth strategies that unify manufacturing, distribution, and data systems, and has led initiatives across supply chain optimization, government and enterprise partnerships, and infrastructure investment. He’s especially known for execution in compliance-heavy environments, including DSCSA compliance, serialization, and real-time data visibility.

Steve Garcia

Seasoned growth executive from key commercial leadership roles at Podium and DigitalOcean (SaaS/cloud infrastructure). At Podium, Garcia scaled revenue operations using data-driven sales and customer success strategies for SMB adoption. At DigitalOcean, he optimized customer acquisition/retention with performance analytics and scalable go-to-market models.

Cyrus Dean

CTO

Dean architected the system for real-time serialization, compliance automation, and integration across manufacturers, distributors, and pharmacies. He led the design and development of RxERP’ for pharma, and has a background in building enterprise-scale SaaS products as well as leading technical teams.
